For those that use POP3,

POP3: (incoming mail): Use mail.halleron.com
SMTP: (outgoing mail): Use
your ISP's outgoing mail server settings or mail.halleron.com
POP3
is where you store your e-mail on my mail server.
You then configure your mail client (for example
- Outlook, Netscape, Eudora) to read your mail
directly from my mail server. When configuring POP3
(incoming mail), use mail.halleron.com for your mail
server address, and the username and password
originally assigned to you.

Forwarding':
Your email
forwarding should be setup on our server.
Your email will be forwarded to the address
you supplied. You will need to
Contact Me if you
need to change your forwarding address.
FORWARDING
is when my mail server forwards e-mail
to your local ISP or e-mail address
instead of storing it. When I setup
your account, all of your e-mail is
forwarded to the e-mail address you
supplied to me.

forgotten your password, or have problems with

When contacting me, please provide me with an alternate email address or
phone number where I can contact you other than

spam or collecting responses from spam;
- sending large
volumes of unsolicited email to individuals;
- incorporating
a false subject line, false return address or
false transmission path into an online communication;
- using emails
to facilitate a pyramid scheme;
- sending a
mail bomb (mail bombing is defined as the sending
of numerous and/or unusually large files or
messages to one or more recipients with malicious
intent);
- sending threatening
or harassing emails (harassment is defined as
the sending of emails that are intended to interfere
with an other's enjoyment of the Internet);
- using your
account as a substitute for storage devices
or for any other use other than bone fide email

- any other
